Brian Bays and his team have served this community for over 30 years. For decades, Brian led the thriving commercial division of Jack Martin Insurance Group. More recently, the company expanded to offer personal lines of insurance as well. With this transition, the company changed its name and image to better reflect the full coverage Brian Bays Insurance offers individuals and companies.
While the company name has changed over the years, Brian is proud to carry on the same values and first-class service his father-in-law, Jack Martin, inspired back in 1973. If you ask Brian, though, he will say he is most proud of the long-standing relationships the company builds – most employees and many clients have been with this company for more than 15 years.
The agency has earned scores of industry accolades, including the prestigious F.W. Hirt Quality Agency Award for Commitment to Policyholders and the Erie Insurance Agency of the Year in 2005. Brian Bays Insurance is also a three time Erie Elite award winner.
